What bookkeeping software do you use?

We primarily work in QuickBooks Online. As a QuickBooks Advanced ProAdvisor, we can set up, migrate, clean up, and maintain your QuickBooks file. We can also work with other cloud platforms if you're already established on a different system.

How much do your services cost?

Our monthly bookkeeping packages start at $325/month. Pricing depends on transaction volume, number of accounts, and the services included. We offer Bronze, Silver, and Gold packages with transparent flat-rate pricing.

Do you work with businesses outside Minnesota?

Yes. All our services are delivered virtually, so we work with clients across the United States. We have deep expertise in Minnesota tax law, but we serve businesses in all states.

How long does it take to get started?

Most clients are fully onboarded within two to three weeks of signing their engagement agreement.
